 By the way, I have to comment that you have been SO much easier to work with than ANY of these agencies locally! For instance, one of them I had to conduct two phone interviews, fill out a 12 page questionnaire and schedule no less than 4 “phone meetings” (some of which were just meetings to schedule other meetings!), in order to just access their donor database! Then, to receive any response took forever. I appreciate your quick responses!
 We want to share our wonderful news with you. Last month we had twins, a boy and a girl. They are healthy and well and we are so unbelievably happy, they are our dreams come true. We want to thank you for helping us to get here. We had the best holiday and now, the perfect outcome. Your no nonsense approach was like a breath of fresh air, everything was made so easy.  Hearing what all the women had to say (in the donor stories) opened up a part of me that I had attempted to close. I had resigned myself.

 I really do appreciate your services. At this point, the entire venture seems a bit surreal & some pieces still feel awkward such as arranging a taxi until we feel ready to drive.  The doctor is, as you said, an excellent communicator and is so friendly and approachable! He is a proof that being professional and approachable are not mutually exclusive, and a doctor can be both at the same time! Completely unlike the doctors in the UK who can be quite patronizing and condescending.

 Yes, I am pregnant and SO SO SO very happy! It's still like a dream! South Africa was just an amazing experience! It exceeded all my expectations and fantasies of what it would be like! I can honestly say that the Cape Town area is probably the most beautiful place I've ever seen (and I have traveled a lot.) The people were all so friendly and helpful to us, it was such a "warm" place to be.
 We just got a negative on the PG test.
We spent some time crying and this may be a hard few weeks. But the next direction will show itself I am sure. Thanks again for all of your love. It has been very helpful for me through this process. Take Good Care and wishing you all the best in your life journeying. love, -------
 We saw it! One beautiful heartbeat! That's all we want! Next ultrasound scheduled in 2 weeks and I am reducing progesterone gradually as the placenta starts producing more and more. After an early heartbeat like that the chances for a live birth are very high indeed. Especially since I don't have any underlying issues other than age, but no real health problems to speak of. …I would like to say that the care at the fertility clinic by the doctor was excellent in all respects. The doctor was how all Dr's should be, especially Fertility Drs!!! Gentle, supportive, willing to spend time to answer all questions and obviously highly skilled.
Above all, I would like to thank you and Robin for all your care and support and most of all for giving us this opportunity that we would never have otherwise had.

 Honestly, now that I've seen the "light" I don't know why people even bother here in the US and other countries where it is so difficult to get donors and the costs are prohibitive.

 I have spoken to my personal OB (who is from South Africa) and he was very supportive and excited that we were thinking about this. He basically reiterated what you have told me about the quality of health care and the beautiful city. It was actually pretty scary as he used your same words! He said this was a great deal, that cape town was a fabulous city, that it is a first class city and the health care was great and that we would be treated like royalty. All without prompting from me I love and totally trust my OB and that was a real factor in our decision. --------
 I wanted to tell you that you are right. I have a lot of things to do for this cycle, but without you, nothing would have happened. You are an excellent coordinator and supporter. I know why you have such a success with your donors and program! ---------
 I really like your egg donor program!!!! It feels very caring and supportive! I really like the job you are doing, so please don`t change it to match other programs.... -----------

 Whatever the outcome, please make it clear to (our donor) that this is like a race where you give the stick from one runner to the next. She did everything she could and she then gave the stick to us. (My husband) also did fine and now it is my turn. I know (our donor) is emotionally involved with this cycle, but try to prepare her for whatever the outcome is, she really did her best. ----------
